Miss El Paso USA USA Contestants

• Effective with the 72nd Miss Universe competition and national preliminary competitions leading up to it,  women who are or have been married, as well as women who are pregnant or have children, will be able to compete. This now means that contestants at the 2023 Miss USA State and Local Pageants can currently be, or have been married, as well as be pregnant or have children.

• Must be born between the years of 1995-2004.
• Must represent and warrant that you are a female (recognized medically and legally as a female in the United States).

• Must comply with all eligibility requirements outlined in the official contestant entry form.

• Reside and have resided in El Paso as permanent and primary residence, attend a University full-time in El Paso, or working full-time job in El Paso  for a period of at least three consecutive months

Miss El Paso Teen USA Contestants

• Must be at 14 least and under 18 years of age.
• Must not be married, never have been married, and never have had a marriage annulled. Must never have given birth to a child, can not be pregnant or be a parent.
• Reside and have resided in El Paso as permanent and primary residence, attend a University full-time in El Paso, or working full-time job in El Paso  for a period of at least three consecutive months
